There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom occupies the first floor and is very spacious. It has a double bed, full en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open to a large south facing terrace that overlooks the golf course and sea. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en suite shower room and a further separate shower room. Both of these bedrooms have twin beds and can be made up as doubles if required.
